Coming up on this week's TRACKS OF YOUR LIFE & FAITH ALIVE!

Now forget Desert Island Discs, as we don't need celebrities here in West Herts. At least, that's what I reckon as each week I draw the best music and the best anecdotes from one local guest on TRACKS OF YOUR LIFE.

On Sunday morning, between 10 and 12, Paul Benzie showcases his life and music. We discover that instrumentals are his passion, and that his hero is John Barry, of which we hear Born Free. You'll enjoy music of the 70's and much more, including the Guillemots, Lily Allen, David Bowie and Hybrid.

That's TRACKS OF YOUR LIFE This Sunday 4th November between 10 and 12 with me, Elspeth Jackman , repeated on Tuesday 6th November from 7 to 9 pm

On my other show, Bob Little is my guest in Fatih Alive this Sunday. We debate which American president has been the most "Christian"! Harpenden gets a look-in with youth leader Mike Lawford of All Saints Church talking of "joined up church " and I let Gary Russell loose to say exactly what he wants in his "Personal Perspective". That's plus a grand mix of contemporary Christian music.

FAITH ALIVE is on this Sunday 4th November early afternoon 2 till 4pm. Oh yes, and if the baby keeps you up or you're a night owl, it's repeated at midnight that same day.
