A time warp! Listen to Golden Oldies mainly from the late 60s. This was a very popular time in pop history when a lot of the music we know today as solid gold was in the charts due to big record sales. The pirate radio ships were slowly closing down, Commercial radio had mainly not begun in the UK. It was a popular time to buy a 45 rpm single or two and play them on a record player at home! Regular artists such as, The Beatles,The Beachboys , The stones and the Move are often featured.

Mixology is a show that covers many genres over past decades, albeit with an indie / alternative bias. With plenty of stories, chatter and songs that relate to the week's more laid back news stories, Mixology is already building up a cult following. The presenter Colin Toms is very knowledgeable about music and has a weekly section where 4 tracks from one artist is played, backed up with a bio about that artist. A local gig guide is also present.
