Professor Jane Hardy is a professor of political economics at Hertford University and joins John each month to discuss the economy, what the prospects are  for individuals and business and whether or not the government are getting it right.

Matt Adams is the editor of the Herts Advertiser the leading newspaper for the St Albans district, He has been a journalist for more than 16 years and represents the newspaper on various local organisations, including the Chamber of Commerce.  He joins John in the studio each week for “What The Papers Say” when he covers the main news stories that week.
