Radio Verulam At The Heritage Open Days Art, Charity, Community, Our StationRadio Verulam At The Heritage Open Days

Every September volunteers across St Albans organise events to celebrate our fantastic history and culture. It’s your chance to see hidden places and try out new experiences – all of which are FREE to explore.

This year’s Heritage Open Days are happening throughout England from Thursday 7th – Sunday 10th September and Radio Verulam are taking part.  We will have a pop-up studio at Dagnall Street Baptist Church (one of our Community Partners) and will be broadcasting the following shows from there:

Thursday

4pm – 7pm West Herts Drivetime with Danny Smith

Friday

12pm – 2pm Out & About with Diana Garratt

4pm – 7pm West Herts Drivetime with Danny Smith

Sunday

12pm – 2pm Sunday Lunch with Jonny Seabrook

4pm – 6pm Music Lab with Alex McKay

The church is open to the public from 10am – 6pm Thursday – Saturday and from 1pm – 5pm on Sunday.  Please feel free to visit when we are on air – our presenter would love to say hello and you might even get a chance to be heard across the airwaves of St Albans.  Dagnall Street Baptist Church is situated opposite Christopher Place car park, behind W H Smith, on the corner of Cross Street and Upper Dagnall Street.

If you are involved in Heritage Open Days in St Albans this year and would like to be featured on air, please email danny.smith@radioverulam.com
