This week Tony caught up with the two newest ambassadors for Kickoff@3 Catrina Lewis and Sabrina Bakare. Catrina is credited as being the innovator of the most recent Kickoff@3 spin off Runoff@3. She is a life long supporter of sport and personal development and was in 2017 named Luton’s Sports Coach of the Year. Sabrina was actually coached by Catrina and has gone on to become an elite level Athlete claiming a Gold for GB at World Youth Games Level. They discuss the power of positive thinking and seizing opportunities and remind us that there is still time to get involved with Runoff@3 where they are raising awareness and money for the crucial African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust.
