Could you be one of the voices of Mix 92.6’s weekday Drive Show with a friendly and engaging attitude to entertaining our listeners from 4pm – 7pm?

We are looking for presenters to present this weekday flagship show and we are providing training.

Drive is a key show, helping to set the tone for the rest of the station and alongside the show’s producer, you will create engaging content and provide travel updates to keep commuters in Hertfordshire on the move. You will be talking to a wide range of listeners, so your content needs to be fun, fresh and appealing. Confidence, enthusiasm, commitment and the skills to present live on air in the evening are vital. You will be trusted to present to a large audience and be responsible for providing regular travel bulletins.

You will need to be regularly available to be at our studios from 4pm to 7pm one weekday evening a week, plus allow one additional hour per week for recording.

This is the ideal opportunity if you are looking for something exciting and different to do, or real radio experience to add to your CV and to move your presenting career to the next level.

So, if you think you have what it takes for this role along with the experience, then apply to join our team of presenters.

Please note that as a not-for-profit organisation, this is a voluntary role and you must be over 18 years of age to apply. We are located in St Albans.

Please include in this application a short paragraph on why you want to get involved at the station, highlighting your relevant experience and availability.
